Kingston One in a Melon

Hello all! Continuing with my Kingston Crafts projects, let's just take a moment to appreciate the cuteness of the tiny little fruits, sequins, and flowers that come in the Kingston Crafts Spring Shaker Shaker Card Embellishments.

After designing and cutting my pieces in Silhouette Studio with the Silhouette Cameo 3 and 4, I ran my pieces through the Xyron Creative Station before assembling them.
I really wanted to use the watermelon paper just so I could do a large watermelon shaker with the little watermelons and sequences.
I read the question all the time "where does everyone get their clear vellum for the shaker cards". Here's a little Sugar tip, most of Kingston Crafts supplies come in clear vellum envelopes. Save those little sleeves and repurpose them!

Final Projects:

Although these photos are years ago, life is much sweeter with my son in it. He is definitely one in a melon (stamp sentiment from the Kingston Crafts stamps and ink pad set). The enamel dots on each photo is also part of the Kingston Crafts embellishment kit.
Those tiny little watermelons! Gah I can't get over them!
For those who follow me, know that I call my daughter Sugar Bean. She is a spoonful of sugar and sometimes more than enough spice.
