Coffee & Friends are the Perfect Blend

Hello all! Have you seen the new Kingston Crafts line? I don't even know where to start with how excited I am with this new set!

I love it so much that I'm having a hard time deciding on the next project I want to share with you. I think I'll save the two big one's until the end. Let's go with...coffee. I mean that is the only thing that kept me going throughout this entire crafting week! I made 48 projects in a week so coffee was my best friend.

This was my favorite card out of all the ones I made. I wanted to show that the Kingston Crafts line does not have to be exclusively used together, but rather you can use it with any other craft line out there.

The last time I was at the craft store, I came across this new fall DCWV Fall Gathering stack. There's a sheet in this double sided stack that has different coffee cups so naturally I wanted to use that one up!
Once I picked out the sentiment and print and cut it with my Silhouette Cameo 4, I decided that I wanted to foil it to bring more of a warmth to it to match my card.
I used the Xyron Glaminator and Xyron Glaminator Transfer foil in copper, to bring the warm bling to my sentiment.

I got to looking at the paper and recognized that Kingston Crafts Love Collection 26 Stamps with 40 Chipboard Frames matched my paper. I wanted to use the chipboard as the boarder around the two open circles, as well as a base for my sentiment. But I wasn't liking the inside of the card being white as it didn't really match the cream of the outside stripes. What do you know, the Kingston Crafts Love Collection 60 Sheets Double sided 12" x 12" paper matched PERFECTLY!
I cut my coffee cup out in the cream colored Kingston Crafts Love Collection 60 Sheets Double sided 12" x 12" paper with my Silhouette Cameo 4.
Next I took my ZIG pen and floated in some black detailing.
Once I got the black detailing where I wanted it, I floated some subtle colors in using my Caliart Alcohol Markers
And last, I just had to use the little metallic copper heart found in the Kingston Crafts Love Collection Hearts and Arrows Chipboard Pieces to bring it all together.
I ran all of my main pieces through my Xyron Creative Station for easy adhering.
I prefer to assemble as much as I can on the backing sheet.
Attention is in the detail
Final Project:
This is my first slimline card and now I'm obsessed!
