You are Beautiful

Well, it has been awhile since I have participated in a challenge! I decided to jump on the Die Cuttin' Diva's Cherry Blossom Festival challenge this week. Why? Who doesn't love these lovely blossom's? In fact, I love them so much I have them tattooed on my foot!
As well as we have a tree in our yard that gives us the best and quickest week of Spring encouragement each year.
After I selected, cut and organized my project, I ran the 'tree' portion through my Sizzix Big Shot with a wood grain We R Memories Keepers embossing folder.
Next I grabbed some Walnut Stain Tim Holtz Distress Ink to bring out a little color in the grain.
Next I cut the blossoms in vellum and colored them with a few ColorBox inks.
This file DOES NOT come with leaves, but I can't have that so I cut some leaves and detailed them with some more ColorBox ink.
Next I grabbed my McGill flower rollers and rolled some blossoms.
Time to assemble now that the details are out of the way.
To prevent the vellum from warping with wet glue, I ran the frames, tag top, and wood through my Xyron Creative Station Lite®.
To apply the vellum to the back of the tree, I used my Teresa Collins Mega Runner by Xyron®, again to prevent the vellum from warping.

Next I decided to randomly apply the leaves first.

Then using my flower roler, I was able to apply the blossoms.
Finally, I applied a brad to the tag using what is one of my oldest crafting tools, ProvoCraft's Silent Setter. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
