Golden Ticket
I was asked to make some Golden Tickets for a scavenger hunt for a local company. Gold paper, yes please! I love this Recollections 12" x 12" gold paper found at Michaels. I've used it in the past so knowing that it would make the perfect tickets, I ran down and grabbed some sheets and got to work.
I started with a basic ticket shape from the Silhouette Design Store, Design ID #133781. Then I designed the ticket. I used a black Sharpie Fine Tip pen with the Silhouette Pen Holder to write the smaller font onto the ticket.
Next I cut out the larger font items.
Because I know this paper will bubble if glue is used, I decided the best way to proceed to adhere the gold paper to a black backing was to use the Xyron Creative Station®
Once the tickets were ran through the Xyron Creative Station®, it was super easy and quick to adhere to the black backing to finish the tickets up.
