Baby Autumn Explosion Box
Hello all! I created an explosion box for our newest SVG Attic member, baby Autumn. A huge congratulations to Beth and her husband Brandon for the precious gift of this baby girl.

To begin with, I grabbed three SVG Attic files from the SnapDragon Snippets store. The 'Scalloped Exploding 3D Box', the 'GC Sleeve Decor Baby Girl Romper', and the baby booties from the 'Baby Girl' set.
After I cut out each piece with the Silhouette Cameo 3 using DCWVinc.'s Posh & Pink stack, I ran each piece through the Xyron Creative Station®
The Xyron Creative Station® allows each piece to have a cohesive amount of adhesive to the back of each element.
Next I cut a few roses out using some vellum, to symbolize baby Autumn's middle name.
Final Project:
On the outside of the box, I embossed the Congratulations sentiment as well as little baby feet.
I modified the box a bit to make these pockets to slip encouraging tags into the sleeves.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much Jodi!
DeleteSonja, you had me fooled! You said this amazing box was for your post on Wednesday...I never once thought that it would be part of a HUGE post! What an amazing surprise! Where do I start on the project? It is simply AMAZING. The papers really add such a beautiful elegance to the whole project. Those teeny tiny rose petals must have taken such patience to create and shape, but you are right, they are perfect for her middle name. The embossing on the outside is wonderful too. When I showed my boys how the whole thing worked, they thought it was awesome too! In their words, Autumn is really getting spoiled by everything she is getting LOL. I agree, spoiled (in a good way) with lots of love from all! Thank you for the amazing box and for the whole post! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI like to keep some suspense around where I can!! She is well loved, not spoiled ;)
DeleteGosh it's gorgeous :-O
ReplyDeleteThank you Sparkplug!
