There are no goodbyes
Recently a brother, son, cousin, uncle, and friend was taken from this world way to soon. I have been following his sisters heartbreak since the beginning of this and I wanted to contribute a small card to say I was thinking of her and her family as they face this ordeal.
The anchor that the whale is on is a reminder to stay anchored during this time of grief.
The sushi seen by the flowers and on the inside of the card represents an inside thing between brother and sister.
This stamp really says it all from Gandhi
When I started designing this card, I knew I wanted to do a trifold card. But, then I found a double z card. I have never done a double z card and wanted to try it. However I couldn't get away from my trifold need SO, I combined the two of them.
The waves are what a double z card would look like. This reminder is surrounded by the sushi, a reminder for the sister.
A small contribution I can give to a friend to let her know I am with her.

ReplyDeleteWhere do I find a pattern for the z fold card?
ReplyDeleteAngela I did this one from scrap. But I do see the Lori Whitlock just released some similar versions this week either in the Silhouette Design Store or her blog.
