FOUR ring circus!
I had a request for a thank you card for someone taking care of someone else's children. I asked if there was any particular theme or color needed or if it was designers choice. Designers choice! My favorite kind of order to fulfill.
I used to run an in home daycare so when I think of watching other kids, I relate it to the circus! Monkey's, lions, fire, elephants, balls, stars, the whole works. So I set to Pinterest for some inspiration.
I liked the base of these cards so I went with them!
After two days of messing around with this, all of a sudden a whole new idea hit me and I scrapped the original design. I had this circus tent card file from Silhouette. I liked that the doors opened, but I wanted the book effect still. A little playing around and acting like a designer in charge, I was able to achieve my goal.
^Works better with two hands on either side!

Original tent file
Once I completed the tent card, I decided to do a full little scene for kicks and giggles!
This cards inspiration comes from Paper Play Sketches. I will think about entering it in their contest! http://paperplaysketches.blogspot.com/2016/03/paper-play-sketches-003.html
The main attraction:
I purposely put four ringed circus as the sentiment because it is a family of four!

The whole center pops out to reveal four layers of circus fun!
^Can you see the poodle jumping through fire?
^Well now you can!
Pull the top of the tent out to reveal a thank you message and place to write!
