Have a SUPER birthday!
My son has been invited to a classmate's birthday party this weekend. The theme is Superhero! They have asked that the kids wear their favorite hero for the party.
I knew for this card, I wanted the batman symbol to float somewhere. Then I got to thinking, wouldn't it be cool to pop out at you when you open the card.
After I picked a simple flip base, I got to work on a mechanism that would flip the symbol up as you open the card. While it isn't exactly what I had envisioned, I am totally happy with it! Then it all kinda fell into place from there.
Both birthday sentiments (on the front and inside) come from Virginia Turtle Stamps. The card base and all the superhero decor is from Silhouette Design Store.
