Circus Birthday
This card is a fun card to bring a smile to anyone's face. It is a center step card (tutorial on my website).
I think this card can go for any age! Everyone still has a little bit of a child left in them!
My favorite part of this card is the tickets I would have to say. I started out with a cream colored paper from DCWVs Nana's Kitchen stack. I then took my vintage photo distress ink and inked them up before stamping them.

The middle of the card has a circus cart from Cricuts Everyday Pop-up Cards, a circus tent, peanut, and lion from Cricuts Create a Critter cartridge, and the rest was designed in Cricut Craft Room.
A center step card gives your card dimension, but is still functional as a card!
